Kullmann & Partner is a company focused on developing, creating and producing garden books and magazines. We are specialised in reference and coffee table books, periodicals and international coproductions.

Das sind wir / Our Story

Kullmann & Partner GbR wurde 2008 von Folko Kullmann und Kristijan Matic gegründet.

Dr. Folko Kullmann absolvierte nach dem Studium der Gartenbauwissenschaften am Wissenschaftszentrum Weihenstephan mit anschließender Promotion beim Kosmos Verlag ein zweijähriges Volontariat im Gartenlektorat. Seit 2004 arbeitet er freiberuflich als Lektor, Übersetzer, Autor und Fotograf.

Kristijan Matic war nach einem Wirtschaftsstudium Fachhochschule in Bielefeld über sechs Jahre bei der HUGO BOSS AG Projektkoordinator im Bereich E-Business bis 2007.

Kullmann & Partner GbR was founded in 2008 by Folko Kullmann and Kristijan Matic.

Folko studied horticulture in Weihenstephan, and completed his studies in 2002 with a PhD. After working for two years as a trainee in the editorial departement of gardening for Kosmos, he started to work freelance as an editor, author, photographer and translater in 2004. At Kullmann & Partner GbR he is editorial manager.

Kristijan studied business in Bielefeld and worked for over six years as an ebusiness project manager until 2007. He is the art director and production manager at Kullmann & Partner GbR.

Internationale Koproduktionen haben wir mit Verlagen wie Hamlyn, Mitchell Beazley, Quadrille, Kyle Cathie, Anness, HarperCollins, Antique Collector's Club, Kosmos Uitgevers, Quarto oder Merell realisiert.

Among our customers are publishing companies like Callwey, Kosmos, Reader's Digest, Pons, Global Book Publishing or the German Perennial Society.
Another of our specialties are international coproductions and amongst our business partners are publishers like Hamlyn, Mitchell Beazley, Quadrille, Kyle Cathie, Anness, HarperCollins, Antique Collector's Club, Kosmos Uitgevers, Quarto and Merell.
